Whether it's bringing an exterior design to life or fine-tuning the internal structure, we can respond at the fastest speed, ensuring that the fit of each shell is precise to the millimeter level.

MOLD WORKSHOP

The "Heart" of the Charger. As the core component of the charger, we independently wind transformers, strictly controlling the number of coil turns and the air gap in the magnetic core to ensure efficient and stable power conversion.Specialized in winding and assembling high-efficiency transformers, the core component for stable voltage conversion.

TRANSFORMER WORKSHOP

The "brain" of the charger must be manufactured by ourselves.

By introducing high-speed placement machines, coupled with fully automated optical inspection, we can ensure the precise placement of tiny electronic components, eliminating cold solder joints and solder bridges, and providing the circuit board with the most stable logic foundation.

SMT WORKSHOP

It all starts at the source. We have our own large, independent electronics warehouse where all components are centrally procured, tested, and stored. This not only ensures material traceability but also prevents substandard raw materials from entering the production line from the very first step.

WAREHOUSE

Manufacturing is just the foundation; testing is key. We have established a near-stringent end-to-end quality control system. On the assembly line, standardized operating procedures ensure consistency in processes. Subsequently, each semi-finished product enters a high-temperature aging chamber. During prolonged full-load operation, we forcibly eliminate early-failure products, ensuring that the products delivered to customers are in their prime.
